心力衰竭在不同性别人群中的研究进展

心力衰竭是各种心血管疾病发展的终末阶段,严重危害人类健康.既往心力衰竭研究倾向于在整体人群中进行,考虑到女性患者的自身生理特点与男性不同,应重视对女性心力衰竭患者的深入研究.本文就心力衰竭在女性人群的流行病学、病因学、治疗措施及预后等方面的差异进行总结.

Heart failure(HF)is the end stage of various cardiovascular diseases which seriously endangers human health.Previous studies on HF tend to be carried out in the whole population.Given the difference in the physiological characteristics between female and male patients,more attention should be paid to the intensive studies among female patients with HF.This review summarizes the differences in the epidemiology,etiology,treatment and prognosis among women patients with HF.
