优质护理在老年髋部骨折患者中的应用观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨优质护理在老年髋部骨折患者中的应用效果.方法55例行手术治疗的髋部骨折老年患者行优质护理,统计护理满意度.术后随访,依据Harris髋关节评分评价患者恢复情况.结果患者满意度调查,45例满意,10例较满意;Harris评分术后和术后1月分别为(40.2±5.4)分和(51.2±6.9)分.结论优质护理服务在髋部骨折围手术期患者中的应用效果较好,对提高护理质量,促进患者康复具有积极意义.
