A case of dilated cardiomyopathy with ventricular aneurysm formation

扩张型心肌病合并室壁瘤的病例临床上较为罕见。本文报道一例扩张型心肌病合并左心室下壁室壁瘤的患者,结合相关文献,分析该病的临床表现、诊治进展及预后。

Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) with ventricular aneurysm formation is relatively rare in clinical practice. This paper reported a case of DCM with formation of ventricular aneurysm at the inferior wall of left ventricle and the clinical manifestations, progress in the diagnosis and treatment, and prognosis of this disease will be reviewed based on published literature.
