支撑喉内窥镜下声带息肉摘除39例临床报道

Clinical observation of 39 cases of vocal cord polyp enucleation under the self-retaining laryngoscope

目的探讨支撑喉内窥镜下声带息肉摘除术的应用价值.方法39例声带息肉患者行支撑喉内窥镜下声带息肉摘除术,术后随访且1月后纤维喉镜复查.结果37例均见双侧声带无充血、边缘光整、无残留息肉、声带活动好、声门闭合好;2例见声带轻度充血肥厚.随访3~6月,均无复发.结论支撑喉内窥镜下声带息肉摘除术疗效确切、安全性高,值得临床借鉴.

Objective To observe the clinical value of vocal cord polyp enucleation under self-retaining laryngoscope.Methods A total of 39 patients with vocal cord polyp were received enucleation under self-retaining laryngoscope.Result There was no hyperemia or polyps in the vocal cords of 37 patients under the fiberoptic laryngoscope after a month.Mild hyperemia was observed in 2 patients.There was no case of recurence during 6 month follow-up.Conclusion Vocal cord polyp enucleation under self-retaining laryngoscope is an effeetive and safe way of operation..
