2%盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗对牙周炎患者菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、临床附着丧失及牙龈指数的影响

Effect of 2% minocycline hydrochloride ointment on plaque index, periodontal pocket depth, clinical attachment loss and gingival index in patients with periodontitis

目的:2%盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗对牙周炎患者菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(CAL)及牙龈指数(GI)的影响。方法:选取慢性牙周炎患者92例(患牙共110颗),随机分为观察组(46例,60颗患牙)、对照组(46例,50颗患牙),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予2%盐酸米诺环素软膏,均治疗4周后评估疗效,观察两组治疗前后牙周指标(PLI、PD、CAL、GI)、生活质量[口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP-14)]及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗有效率93.33%明显高于对照组76.00%;观察组治疗后PLI、PD、CAL、GI均低于对照组;治疗后1个月、3个月观察组OHIP-14评分低于对照组;观察组不良反应发生率2.17%低于对照组13.04%。结论:2%盐酸米诺环素软膏可明显改善牙周炎患者牙周状态,提高其生活质量,且不良反应少,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of 2%minocycline hydrochloride ointment on plaque index(PLI),periodontal pocket depth(PD),clinical attachment loss(CAL)and gingival index(GI)in patients with periodontitis.Methods A total of 92 patients(a total of 110 diseased teeth)with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into the observation group(46 cases,60 diseased teeth)and the control group(46 cases,50 diseased teeth).The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with 2%minocycline hydrochloride ointment on the basis of routine treatment.The curative effect was evaluated after 4 weeks of treatment.The periodontal indexes(PLI,PD,CAL,GI),quality of life[oral health impact profile(OHIP-14)]and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(93.33%vs 76.00%).The PLI,PD,CAL and GI were lower in the observation group than in the control group after treatment.The OHIP-14 scores of observation group at 1 month and 3 months after treatment were lower than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(2.17%vs 13.04%).Conclusion The 2%minocycline hydrochloride ointment can significantly improve the periodontal status of patients with periodontitis,improve their quality of life,with few adverse reactions.
