摘要
心律失常是心力衰竭患者常见的合并症,二者互为因果、相互影响,近年来逐渐成为心血管疾病领域的研究热点。本文针对心力衰竭合并心房颤动、合并室性心律失常、合并心动过缓及相应的起搏治疗、心肌梗死后心力衰竭合并心律失常四个领域,对相关研究进展进行了阐述。
Arrhythmia is a common complication in patients with heart failure(HF).The relationship between HF and arrhythmia is one of mutual influence.In recent years,HF with arrhythmia has gradually become a hotspot of cardiovascular disease research.Thus,this paper will review the related progress in four research fields:HF with atrial fibrillation,HF with ventricular arrhythmia,HF with bradycardia and corresponding pacing treatment,and HF with arrhythmia after myocardial infarction.
