兴奋激越状态精神分裂症患者临床特点及齐拉西酮注射液序贯口服治疗的临床分析

Clinical characteristics of schizophrenic patients with excited state and clinical analysis of sequential oral administration of ziprasidone injection

目的:探讨兴奋激越状态精神分裂症患者临床特点及齐拉西酮注射液序贯口服治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2014年6月~2017年6月期间在我院接受治疗的100例兴奋激越状态精神分裂症患者,根据临床评估结果将其分为观察组和对照组,分别采用齐拉西酮注射液序贯齐拉西酮和利培酮/奥氮平口服治疗。记录患者治疗前及治疗后12个月内的阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)总分及各分量表和社会功能缺陷筛查量表(SDSS)评分,比较患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及12月末时中断治疗情况。结果:治疗后两组患者PANSS量表各评分和SDSS评分均显著低于本组治疗前的评分,差异有统计学意义,两组的各项评分组间比较,差异均无统计学意义。两组患者治疗后1年的治愈率和有效率相比,差异均不具有统计学意义。观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:兴奋激越状态的精神分裂症的危害性较大,应尽快采取控制措施,齐拉西酮注射液贯口服齐拉西酮治疗可的治疗效果较好,不良反应发生率低,依从性更好,安全性更高。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of schizophrenia patients with excited state and the clinical effect of ziprasidone injection sequential oral therapy.Methods 100 cases of the agitated state of schizophrenic patients treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected,and according to clinical assessment results,divided them into observation group and control group,respectively with ziprasidone injection ziprasidone and risperidone or olanzapine oral sequential treatment.The total score of PANSS and the scores of each subscale and SDSS score were recorded before and 12 months after treatment.The clinical efficacy,the incidence of adverse reactions and the discontinuation of treatment at the end of 12 were compared.Results The two groups after treatment in patients with PANSS scale score and SDSS score were significantly lower than that of the group before treatment score,the difference was statistically significant,the score comparison group of two groups,there were no significant differences.There was no significant difference in cure rate and effective rate between the two groups after 1 years of treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The agitated state of schizophrenia with greater harmfulness,control measures should be taken as soon as possible,ziprasidone treatment can better hole Dotsirasi treatment effect,low incidence of adverse reactions,better compliance and higher safety.
