凹坑织构对机械结合面接触刚度的影响研究

摘要 结合面接触刚度是机械整体刚度的薄弱环节,对整机动态性能有显著影响.试验研究了不同面密度的圆凹坑型表面织构对机械结合面接触刚度的影响规律,设计了三组不同面密度的织构试件和一组无织构试件的对比试验,得出结论:法向静态接触刚度随结合面间面压的增加而增大,激振力的大小并不会影响法向动态接触刚度;表面织构会对结合面的法向接触刚度产生影响,与无织构试件相比,不同面密度的表面织构均不同程度地降低了结合面间的法向接触刚度. The contact stiffness of the joint surface is the weak link of the overall mechanical stiffness,which has a significant impact on the dynamic performance of the whole machine.The influence of circular pit surface texture with different surface densities on the contact stiffness of the mechanical joint surface was experimentally studied.The comparative test between three groups of textured specimens with different surface densities and one group of non-textured specimens was designed.The results showed that the normal static contact stiffness increased with the increase of the interface pressure and the magnitude of the excitation force did not affect the normal dynamic contact stiffness;the surface texture had an impact on the normal contact stiffness of the mechanical joint surfaces.Compared with the non-textured specimens,the surface texture with different surface densities reduced the normal contact stiffness of the joint surfaces to different degrees.
