异位妊娠腹腔镜手术40例术后应用防粘连的治疗及IL-10、CRP水平分析

Treatment of anti adhesion after laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy and analysis of IL-10 and CRP levels in 40 cases

目的:探讨异位妊娠腹腔镜术后使用透明质酸对防止粘连的效果以及对患者IL-10、CRP水平影响。方法:选取2014年8月~2016年2月在我院接腹腔镜手术治疗的异位妊娠患者80例,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。所有患者均行腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组术后采用透明质酸凝胶进行治疗。对比治疗后宫腔粘连情况,对比治疗前后白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)变化,记录腹坠、腹痛等不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组宫腔粘连率7.50%低于对照组30.00%。治疗后,患者IL-10、CRP、TNF-α炎症因子表达水平均下降,观察组低于对照组;治疗后,两组患者均有出现腹坠、腹痛等不良反应,观察组发生率5.00%低于对照组20.00%。结论:透明质酸凝胶能够有效防止腹腔镜术后宫腔粘连,促进患者早日康复,将低炎症因子表达水平,安全性高,效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of hyaluronic acid(hyaluronic acid)on the prevention of adhesion and the effect on the level of IL-10 and CRP in patients with ectopic pregnancy after laparoscopy.Methods 80 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated by laparoscopy in our hospital from August 2014 to February 2016 were selected,all patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.All patients were treated by laparoscopy,and the observation group was treated with hyaluronic acid gel after operation.After treatment,intrauterine adhesions were compared.The changes of interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-alpha)and C reactive protein(CRP)were compared before and after treatment,and adverse reactions such as abdominal drop and abdominal pain were recorded.Results After treatment,the rate of intrauterine adhesions in the observation group was 7.50%lower than that of the control group(30%).After treatment,the expression levels of IL-10,CRP and TNF-alpha were decreased,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and after treatment,two groups of patients had adverse reactions such as abdominal fall and abdominal pain,and the incidence of the observation group was 5%lower than that of the control group(20%).Conclusion Hyaluronic acid gel can effectively prevent intrauterine adhesion after laparoscopic surgery,promote early recovery of patients,and reduce the expression level of inflammatory factors,with high safety and remarkable effect.
