应用聚丙烯酰胺类造纸化学品提高纸页的物理性能

摘要 通过实验室小试确定了混合废纸浆内添加的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)的最佳配制浓度,探讨了混合废纸浆内添加PAM或CPAM对纸页性能的影响.结果表明:混合废纸浆中添加1.5%(以绝干浆质量为基数计,以下“%”表示的浓度均同)PAM时,成纸抗张指数和撕裂指数较原纸分别提高了11.07%和17.55%;混合废纸浆中添加1.5%CPAM时,则成纸抗张指数和撕裂指数较原纸分别提高了42.12%和30.70%;当混合废纸浆中添加1.5%CPAM、0.6%阳离子淀粉(CS),二者协同作用时,与仅添加CPAM所抄制的纸页相比,抗张指数和撕裂指数分别提高了18.95%和47.21%;红外光谱图显示,添加CPAM后的纸页中PAM的官能团—NH基团、C=C和C=O有伸缩振动;扫描电镜显示,未添加CPAM的纸页中纤维表面较为光滑,纤维间较少粘连,添加CPAM后的纸页纤维间胶接粘连比较明显.混合废纸浆中添加聚丙烯酰胺类造纸化学品有助于纸页部分物理性能的提高. The optimum concentration of PAM and CPAM in mixed waste pulp was found through laboratory experiments,and the effect of PAM or CPAM on paper performance was discussed.The results showed that when 1.5%(based on the quality of dry fiber,the following concentration of%is the same)PAM was added into the mixed waste pulp,the tensile index and tear index of paper were increased by 11.07%and 17.55%,respectively,compared with the base paper.When 1.5%CPAM was added into the mixed waste pulp,the tensile index and tear index of the paper were increased by 42.12%and 30.70%,respectively,compared with the base paper.When 1.5%CPAM and 0.6%cationic starch(CS)were added into the mixed waste pulp,the synergistic effect of the two improved the tensile index and tear index by 18.95%and 47.21%,respectively,compared with the paper added only with CPAM.Infrared spectrogram showed that the functional groups of polyacrylamide——NH group,C=C and C=0 in the paper with CPAM added have stretching vibration.Scanning electron microscope showed that the surface of the fibers in the paper without CPAM was relatively smooth,and the adhesion between the fibers was less,while the adhesion between the fibers in the paper with CPAM was more obvious.The addition of polyacrylamide paper chemicals in the mixed waste pulp can improve the physical properties of the paper.
