气质联用法测定纸和纸制品中百菌清残留量

摘要 建立了一种测定纸和纸制品中百菌清残留量的气质联用分析方法.该方法以乙酸乙酯作为萃取溶剂,采用超声萃取技术提取纸和纸制品中残留的百菌清,提取液经浓缩、定容、过滤后进行气相色谱/质谱-选择离子监测法(GC/MS-SIM)测定,外标法定量.该方法检出限为0.1 mg/kg,加标平均回收率为81.56%~95.87%,相对标准偏差为1.57%~4.88%.该方法简便快捷,易于操作,检出限低,灵敏度高,检测通量大,可完全满足纸和纸制品中百菌清残留量日常检测工作的需要. An effective method was established for the determination of residual chlorothalonil in paper and paper products by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS)method.Residual chlorothalonil in paper and paper products was ultrasonically extracted using ethyl acetate as the extraction solvent.The extract was condensed and filtered,followed by the analysis of gas chromatography/mass spectrometry in selected ion monitoring mode(GC/MS-SIM).The concentration of chlorothalonil was calibrated by the external standard method.The limit of detection was 0.1 mg/kg for chlorothalonil.The spiked average recoveries changed from 81.56%to 95.87%while the relative standard deviation(RSD)changed from 1.57%to 4.88%.The proposed method was simple,rapid,accurate,sensitive,high detection throughput and convenient to operate,completely meeting the demand on the routine analysis of residual chlorothalonil in paper and paper products.
