目的应用文献计量学方法,分析近10年肺癌脑转移研究进展及发展趋势。方法使用Web of science检索2010—2019年有关肺癌脑转移的文献。利用Citespace软件从文献来源、作者、机构和国家分析研究现状。从文献共被引用和关键词分析发展趋势。结果近10年有关肺癌脑转移的研究呈现上升趋势。Lung cancer是发文量最多的期刊,不同作者的发文量分布相对均匀,差异不大。中国和美国是发文量最多的两个国家,韩国的研究者在该领域的国际合作与交流较为广泛。研究的热点从机制逐渐向全脑放疗、靶向治疗转移,免疫治疗也开始逐渐显现。患者治疗后生活质量改善方面也受到关注。结论近10年有关肺癌脑转移的研究稳步前进,已经形成了以肺癌脑转移治疗为主要研究方向的趋势,但国际间的合作与交流仍需加强,以提高研究质量。

Objective To analyze the research progress and development trend of brain metastasis of lung cancer in recent ten years by means of bibliometrics.Methods Web of science was used to search the literature on brain metastasis of lung cancer from 2010 to 2019,and Citespace software was used to analyze the research status from literature sources,authors,institutions,and countries.Analysis of development trend from literature co-citation and keywords.Results The study on brain metastasis of lung cancer was on the rise in recent ten years.Lung cancer is the journal with the largest number of publications.The publications of different authors are relatively evenly distributed,with little difference.China and the United States are the two countries with the most publications,and researchers from South Korea have extensive international cooperation and exchanges in this field.The focus of research has gradually shifted from the mechanism to whole brain radiotherapy and targeted therapy.Immunotherapy has also gradually emerged,and the improvement of patients'quality of life after treatment has also attracted attention.Conclusions In recent ten years,the research on brain metastasis of lung cancer has been progressing steadily,and the treatment of brain metastasis of lung cancer has become the main research direction.However,international cooperation and communication still need to be strengthened to improve the quality of the research.
