摘要
胃癌是我国最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤。多数患者确诊时已有远处转移,其中骨髓转移因诊疗难、预后差逐渐引起临床重视。警惕胃癌骨髓转移的早期征象,确定诊断后积极对症治疗,条件允许时尽早行病因治疗至关重要。目前已有回顾性研究阐述胃癌骨髓转移的临床特点,但最佳治疗方法尚未得到系统论证。本文将对胃癌骨髓转移的临床特征与诊疗进行综述。
Gastric cancer is the most common gastrointestinal cancer in China.Most patients are diagnosed with distant metastasis,among which bone marrow metastasis are gradually attracted clinical attention due to the difficulty in diagnosis and treatment and poor prognosis.It is crucial to be aware of the sign of bone marrow metastasis in gastric cancer,be positive upon the treatment once being confirmed and take etiological treatment as soon as possible if permits.Although there have been retrospective studies on the clinical characteristics of bone marrow metastasis in gastric cancer up to now,the best treatment has not been systematically demonstrated.This review focus on the clinical charicteristic and diagnosis of bone marrow metastasis in gastric cancer.
