机械通气患者早期运动规范化流程管理的实践

Practice of standardized process management for early exercise in patients with mechanical ventilation

目的探讨早期运动规范化流程管理在机械通气患者中的应用效果.方法成立早期运动多学科团队合作管理小组,制订规范化早期运动方案,组织培训,按流程实施早期运动.结果早期运动规范化流程管理实施后,患者机械通气时间、ICU住院时间、呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率、谵妄发生率、运动相关不良事件发生率、早期运动非计划中断率均较改进前下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对机械通气患者早期运动实施规范化流程管理非常重要,可以有效提高运动疗效,确保患者安全.

Objective To explore the effect of standardized process management for early exercise in patients receiving mechanical ventilation.Methods An early multidisciplinary cooperative exercise management team was established to develop standardized early exercise programs,organize training,and implement early exercise according to the process.Results After the implementation of early exercise standardization process management,the mechanical ventilation time,ICU length of stay,VAP incidence rate,delirium incidence rate,incidence of exercise-related adverse events,and early exercise unplanned interruption rate were all decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is very important to implement standardized process management for early exercise of mechanical ventilation patients,which can effectively improve exercise efficiency and ensure patient safety.
