Expert consensus on emergency nursing for prevention and control of respiratory infection diseases

目的形成呼吸道传染病预防控制的急诊护理专家共识,规范呼吸道传染病的急诊预防控制护理工作.方法查阅国内外关于呼吸道传染病相关文献,根据卫生健康委员会发布的新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案、防控方案、医务人员防护技术指南及急诊室感染管理规范等内容,结合防疫一线急诊护理专家工作经验,形成呼吸道传染病预防控制急诊护理专家共识初稿(以下简称《共识》).邀请29名相关急诊医疗护理、医院感染控制领域专家,通过两轮德尔菲专家咨询和远程专家会议,进行讨论、修改和完善,形成终版《共识》.结果《共识》包括呼吸道传染病急诊组织管理、清洁与消毒、分级防护、院前急救、急诊筛查、转运管理、紧急情况管理7个方面.结论呼吸道传染病预防控制急诊护理专家共识具有一定的科学性和实用性,可为急诊呼吸道传染病防控护理工作提供临床指引.

Objective To form the expert consensus of emergency nursing for the prevention and control of respiratory infection diseases,and to standardize the emergency nursing in the prevention and control of the respiratory infection diseases.Methods Search literature on respiratory infection disease,learn about the COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment plan,prevention and control plan,medical personnel protection technical guidelines and emergency room infection management regulations issued by the national health committee,combined with the experience of the front-line emergency nursing experts to form the first draft of the"Emergency Nursing in Prevention and Control of Respiratory Infection Diseases:an Expert Consensus"(hereinafter referred to as"Consensus").Twenty-nine experts in the field of emergency medicine,nursing and hospital infection control were invited to discuss,revise and improve the draft through two rounds of Delphi expert consultations and remote expert meetings to form the final version of the"Consensus".Results The Consensus includes guidelines for the prevention and control of respiratory infection diseases such as the management of emergency department,emergency room disinfection,level of protection standards,pre-hospital emergency,emergency screening,transport management,emergency situation management,and etc.Conclusion The consensus is scientific and practical which can provide clinical guidance for emergency nurses in the prevention and control of respiratory infection diseases.
