牟允方老中医变法治验急难病症举隅

Mou Yunfang's experience in application of flexible method for treatment of acute and difficult illness

通过研究牟允方老中医临证病案,可以体会到中医学的特色和精髓,如何灵巧地把握辨证论治。在临床中要见微知著,并善于运用变通思维,从常规中求变异,从整体中找关联,从疑似中寻真见,才能提高诊治的准确性。本文选取牟允方老中医运用变法治疗的慢性支气管炎喘证、产后发热、腰痛、眩晕头痛、便秘等5则验案,体现了其见微知著、知常达变的学术思想。

By studying the clinical cases of Mou Yunfang,an old traditional Chinese medical(TCM)doctor,we can understand the characteristics and essence of TCM and how to skillfully grasp the TCM syndrome of differentiation and treatment.In order to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment,it is necessary to have a better understanding in clinical practice,such as,see little hint to know great problem,be good at using flexible thinking,seek variation from routine,find the correlation from the integrity and look for truth from suspicion.This paper selects 5 cases of acute attack of chronic bronchitis,postpartum fever,low back pain,dizziness and headache,and constipation,which were treated by Mou Yunfang,to reflect his academic thought of"recognizing the whole from the parts,knowing routine and achieving change".
