活态传承理念下风景旅游城市近郊村庄规划探索——以桂林漓东近郊村庄为例

Exploration of Suburban Village Planning under the Concept of Dynamic Inheritance in Landscape and Tourist Cities—Exemplified by the Suburban Villages in Lijiang River East Bank,Guilin

风景旅游城市的近郊村庄是与城市联系最密切的乡村单元,是区域物质资源与历史文化的富集区.在乡村振兴战略的背景下,如何把握文化保护与资本发展的平衡成为近郊村庄规划的关键.总结近郊村庄的研究现状及规划困境,搭建活态传承理念在风景旅游城市近郊村庄规划中的逻辑框架.以桂林漓东近郊村庄为例,从场景、功能、群体和记忆4个角度辨析活态传承理念在漓东实践的难点,并提出规划策略,即统筹用地,重塑原乡生活场景;活化功能,促进内外功能相容利用;关注需求,拓展传承群体;守住记忆,构建多维文化框架.

The suburban villages of landscape and tourist cities are the rural units most closely connected to cities and the enrichment areas in the region's material resources and historic culture.In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,how to grasp the balance between cultural preservation and capital development becomes the crux to suburban village planning.The paper summarizes the current research status and planning predicament of suburban villages,and builds a logical framework for the concept ofdynamic inheritance in suburban village planning of landscape and tourist cities.Exemplified by the suburban villages in the east bank of Lijiang River,Guilin,the paper identifies the difficulties in the practice of dynamic heritage from the perspectives of scene,function,community and memory.It proposes the planning strategy to coordinate the land-use at overall area,reshape the original hometown living scene,revitalize functions,promote compatible utilization of internal and external functions,pay attention to the needs,expand inheritance community,preserve memories and build a multi-dimensional cultural framework.
