摘要
新加坡以"花园城市"闻名于世,其绿化建设经验被广泛关注和研究.基于以往"花园城市"建设的成功经验,新加坡国家公园局制定了《开发项目绿化规定及树木保护的导则》,作为指导其城市绿化建设的技术规程.介绍了该导则中关于建设地块内绿化和道路绿化空间管控措施的主要内容及特点,经与中国现有城市绿化技术规程对应内容进行对比,提出完善中国城市附属绿地建设空间管控措施的3点启示.
Singapore is known as the"garden city"in the world,and its greenery experience has been widely concerned and studied.Based on the successful experience of"garden city"construction in the past,the National Parks Board of Singapore has formulated Guidelines on Greenery Provision and Tree Conservation for Developments as the technical regulations to guide its urban greenery.This article introduces the guideline of greenery within premises and road greenery of the main contents and characteristics of controls.After comparing with the corresponding contents in China,three enlightenments are proposed for the improvement of the greenery regulations in China.
