摘要
通过梳理海淀区系列绿色空间规划12年的工作实践,总结在国内各阶段绿色空间建设背景下的北京海淀区绿色空间发展历程和规划技术的变革.剖析海淀区绿色空间从理想蓝图到翠色海淀的实施路径和实践特点,提出在总体路径指导下的"定纲、定心、定脉、铺底"的海淀绿色空间构建过程.总结海淀绿色空间规划技术创新之处,旨为区域性绿地系统规划提供参考和借鉴.
This article summarizes the twelve—year planning practice of the series of green space plans in Haidian District and summarizes the development process and the evolution of planning technology of Beijing Haidian District green space under the background of green space construction at various stages in China.This paper analyzes the implementation path and practical characteristics of the green space in Haidian district from the ideal blueprint to green Haidian,and puts forward the construction process of the green space in Haidian District under the guidance of the overall path of"orientation,centering,context seaing and foundation laying".It summarizes the innovation of Haidian green space planning technology.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for regional green space system planning.
