营养不良是癌症患儿常见的并发症,不仅导致手术愈合延迟、免疫功能低下、药物代谢毒副作用增加,还引发慢性疾病及恶病质的发生,严重影响患儿远期生存率和生存质量,因此及早进行营养不良干预,对癌症患儿营养不良的诊断及评估,对改善儿童恶性肿瘤的预后有重要意义.该文系统综述了营养不良的评估手段,分析总结各种方法 的优缺点,强调这些评估手段对癌症患儿营养不良诊断的重要性,为癌症患儿营养不良的及时干预和诊疗提供新的更详尽的参考标准.

Malnutrition is a common complication in children with cancer.It not only causes delayed surgical healing,weakened immune function,increased drug metabolism and side effects,but also causes chronic diseases and cachexia,which seriously affects the long-term survival rate of cancer children.Therefore,early intervention for malnutrition is of great significance for improving the prognosis of malignant tumors in children.This article systematically reviews the evaluation methods of malnutrition,analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of these methods,emphasizes the importance of these evaluation methods for the diagnosis of malnutrition in children with cancer,hoping for providing references for timely intervention,diagnosis and treatment of malnutrition in children with cancer.
