摘要 随着人类现代科技工业的发展,人类社会对自然资源与环境的破坏越来越大,其中水污染问题尤其严重,因此,处理废水并将其资源化具有重大意义.其中,微生物燃料电池(MFC)作为一种利用微生物将有机物中的化学能转化为电能并在阴极实现去污的反应器,在污水处理中利用广泛,将其与膜生物反应器(MBR)联合形成MFC-MBR一体化反应器,构造出一个耦合系统,将MFC与MBR的优势相结合.MFC可以发出低电场减弱膜污染,同时该系统可高负荷处理污水,去污效果好,产电性能佳.系统操作方法具体如下,设置参数,使耦合系统稳定运转.外电路电阻设为1000Ω.HRT管控在8.4-16.7小时,输出电压450 mv.测耦合系统出水浊度以判断去污效果.由初始的22.7 NTU经过一天降至3.79 NTU,经一周降至0.87 NTU,此时浊度较低.分别设定耦合装置HRT为16.7 h、11.0 h、8.3 h、4.0 h,测出此时阴极室COD分别为16.7%、26.1%、40.15%、50.7%,阳极室COD去除率为81.7%、63.2%、43.9%、29.7%,若增大HRT,阳极去污效果更优.综上所述,MFC-MBR系统可以克服单独系统运行时的不足,不仅可高效去污,也可产生电脑,是处理污水的极佳思想. With the development of modern science and technology industry,human society is causing more and more damage to natural resources and environment,and water pollution is especially serious.Therefore,it is of great significance to treat waste water and recycle it.Among them,the microbial fuel cell(MFC)as a way to use microbial chemical energy into electrical energy from the organic matter and implement decontamination in cathode reactor,is widely used in sewage treatment,with the membrane bioreactor(MBR),thus forming the integration of MFC-MBR reactor constructed a coupling system,combining the MFC and the advantage of MBR.MFC can send out low electric field to reduce membrane pollution,and the system can handle sewage with high load,with good decontamination effect and good electrical performance.The system operation method is as follows:set parameters to make the coupling system run stably.external resistance is set to 1000Ω.HRT is controlled at 8.4-16.7 hours with output voltage of 450 mv.Measure the effluent turbidity of coupling system to judge the decontamination effect.The initial 22.7 NTU decreased to 3.79 NTU in one day and 0.87 NTU in one week,when the turbidity was low.The coupling device HRT was set at 16.7 h,11.0 h,8.3 h and 4.0 h,respectively,and the COD in the cathode chamber was measured to be 16.7%,26.1%,40.15%and 50.7%respectively,and the COD removal rate in the anode chamber was 81.7%,63.2%,43.9%and 29.7%respectively.To sum up,the mfc-mbr system can overcome the shortcomings of separate system operation,not only can be efficient decontamination, but also can generate a computer, is an excellent idea for sewage treatment.
