Optimization of Self-service Discharge Settlement Process Based on Electronic Invoice

目的:简化患者出院结算手续办理流程,提高患者出院结算效率,进一步提升医院各部门的整体工作效率.方法:通过流程再造,优化出院结算中出院带药、退费处理、费用审核、发票打印等环节,同时,在各病区部署多功能自助机,满足患者自助结算、发票打印等需求.结果:患者在出院结算手续办理过程中排队等待时间有效减少,财务结算人员及病区护士工作效率显著提升.结论:通过实施基于电子发票的自助出院结算方案,能够很大程度改善患者就医体验,提高患者满意度,促进医院整体管理水平的提升.

Objective:To simplify the procedure of patients’discharge settlement,improve the efficiency of patients’discharge settlement,and further improve the overall efficiency of hospital departments.Methods:Through process reengineering,we can optimize the links of taking medicine at discharge,refund processing,cost auditing and invoice printing in discharge settlement.At the same time,we can deploy self-help machines with discharge settlement and invoice printing function in each ward.Results:The waiting time of patients queuing in the process of discharging settlement procedure is effectively reduced,and the work efficiency of financial settlers and nurses is significantly improved.Conclusion:Through the implementation of self-service discharge settlement scheme based on process reengineering,patients’medical experience and satisfaction can be greatly improved,and the level of hospital management can be promoted.
