Exploration and Practice of Medical Quality Control Management System Based on CDR

目的:基于医院现有的临床数据中心(CDR),建设医疗质量监控管理系统,灵活配置医疗质量控制点和相关质控规则,实现事前提醒、事中监控、事后整改的医疗质量控制与管理.方法:结合医院医疗质控管理实际情况,开发基于CDR的医疗质量监控管理系统,建立全面数据模型,对结构质量、环节质量、终末质量涉及的相关信息点进行实时采集、动态监测和可视化分析.结果:系统建成后,全院医疗质控相关指标得到了更好的可控监测,实现了质量数据的监测、质量指标的制定、质量环节的控制,并支持院、科、组三级控制与反馈.结论:基于CDR的医疗质量监控管理系统的应用对于降低医疗风险,提升医院医疗质量,最终降低患者死亡率,减轻患者医疗费用,提升患者满意度等都有着重要的意义.

Objective:Based on the existing clinical data repository(CDR)of the hospital,the medical quality control management system is built,and the medical quality control points and relevant quality control rules are flexibly configured,so as to realize before-process remind,in-process control and after-process rectification of the medical quality control and management.Methods:Combined with the actual situation of medical quality control and management in hospitals,a medical quality control management system based on CDR was developed,and a comprehensive data model was established to carry out real-time collection,dynamic monitoring and visual analysis of relevant information points related to structural quality,link quality and terminal quality.Results:After the completion of the system,related indicators of the hospital’s medical quality control have been better monitored,and the monitoring of quality data,the formulation of quality indicators and the control of quality links have been realized,and the hospital,department and group control and feedback have been supported.Conclusion:The application of medical quality control management system based on CDR can reduce medical risks and improve medical quality of hospitals.Ultimately,it is of great significance to reduce the mortality rate,reduce the medical expenses of patients,and improve patient satisfaction.
