病案首页数据质量与动静态数据的关联性研究

Study on the Correlation Between Data Quality on the First Page of Medical Records and Dynamic and Static Data

目的:探讨病案首页数据质量管控路径.方法:利用病案首页文献数据作为数据源,对问题数据源经过提取、清洗、标识、归类后进行统计分析.结果:病案首页问题数据中系统自动读取的信息缺陷占比37.09%,静态数据摘取的缺陷占比62.91%.结论:病案首页数据质量与静态数据有强关联性,应重视对病案首页静态数据管理.

Objective:To discuss about the management and control path of data quality on the first page of medical records.Methods:By using the literature data on the first page of medical records as the data source,the sources of data with problems are extracted,cleaned,identified and classified before the statistical analysis.Results:In the data with problems on the first page of medical records,the defects of information automatically read by the system accounted for 37.09%and the defects of static data extraction accounted for 62.91%.Conclusion:There is a strong correlation between the data quality on the first page of medical records and static data.We should pay attention to the management of static data on the first page of medical records.
