摘要
出版业特别是科技出版要走在科技创新的前沿.落实党中央科技强国的部署,科技创新发展的源动力就是科学研究、科技传播,科技发展的基础性、前瞻性和前沿性,都对科技出版提出了新的思考.在科技出版融合发展模式的确立过程中,读者需求与知识供给的现实情况与模式变化的研究是所需考虑诸要素的核心,立足于此的探索和实践也才有章可循.文章以交通建设领域的融合转型为分析样本,探究科技出版融合发展的模式与趋势,提出传统图书出版机构应由单纯的"图书出版"向综合性的"知识传播与服务"转变,同时就其发展定位、转型路径、新型业务架构、条件配置进行了系统阐述.最后,对科技出版融合发展未来一段时间的发展趋势进行了6个方面的展望.
The publishing industry,especially technological publishing industry,should be at the forefront of technological innovation.To strengthen the country through science and technology,the driving force for scientific and technological innovation and development is scientific research and dissemination.The foundational,forward-looking,and cutting-edge nature of scientific and technological development have all put forward new ideas for scientific and technological publishing.In the process of establishing the integrated development model of science and technology publishing,the research on the reality and changes in the model of reader demand and knowledge supply is the core of all factors that need to be considered.Only by exploring and practicing based on this can there be rules to follow.This paper takes the integration transformation in the field of transportation construction as an analysis case to explore the modes and trends in the integrated development of science and technology publishing.This paper proposes that traditional book publishing institutions should evole from mere"book publishing"to comprehensive"knowledge dissemination and services".At the same time,its developmental orientation,transformation paths,new business structures and condition configurations are expounded systematically.Finally,the authors provide six perspectives on the development trends of science and technology publishing integration in the upcoming period.
