白内障伴甲癣患者术后发生真菌性眼内炎的防止策略

Prevention of cataract surgery fungal endophthalmitis strategies

目的探讨防止白内障手术后真菌性眼内炎发生的有效策略.方法对2014年10月至2017年4月在贵州医科大学第二附属医院诊治的18例(20只眼)年龄相关性白内障伴甲癣患者,于围手术期施行多项医疗、护理干预,观察术后真菌性眼内炎发生率.结果随访0.5~6个月,术后无真菌性眼内炎发生.结论采取相关防治措施,对于年龄相关性白内障伴甲癣患者白内障术后真菌性眼内炎的预防至关重要.

Objective To investigate the effective strategy of preventing fungal endophthalmitis in cataract surgery.Methods In 18 cases(20 eyes)with onychomycosis patients with age-related cataract in perioperative period of the implementation of a wide range of medical,nursing intervention,observation of postoperative fungal endophthalmitis.Results Follow up for 0.5 to 6 months,no fungal endophthalmitis occurred.Conclusions Take relevant preventive measures,is essential for the fungal endophthalmitis in cataract patients after cataract surgery for prevention of onychomycosis.
