摘要
制造业高质量发展潜力的评价及预测是制定产业政策的前提.基于中国式现代化背景下山东省制造业发展潜力评价指标体系,采用熵权TOPSIS法对山东省制造业各细分行业发展潜力进行综合评价,并运用灰色预测模型GM(1,1)对未来5年各行业发展潜力进行预测.研究提出:山东省应着力优化制造业产业结构布局,加大对传统制造业的创新投入,加快发展服务型制造业,促进产业转型升级,实现高质量发展.
The evaluation and prediction of high quality development potential of manufacturing industry is the foundation and premise of formulating industrial policy.Based on the evaluation index system of manufacturing development potential under Chinese-style modernization,the entropy weight TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the development potential of the manufacturing industry in Shandong Province,and the grey prediction model GM(1,1)is used to forecast the development potential of various industries in the next 5 years.The results show that Shandong Province should focus on optimizing the industrial structure and layout of manufacturing industry,increasing innovation investment in traditional manufacturing industry,and accelerating the development of service-oriented manufacturing industry,which is helpful to promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry,and assist in the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
