摘要
研究构建指标体系用CCDM模型测算农业农村现代化、职业教育发展水平以及二者之间的协调系数,运用PVAR模型分析其积累协调机制现状.研究发现,2015-2021年职业教育与农业农村现代化已实现自身良性积累机制,二者之间的协调水平为初级并呈现缓慢上升趋势,职业教育与农业农村现代化间具有单向因果关系.研究结论对提高职业教育区域适应性具有政策启示.
This paper first constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for agricultural and rural modernization and high-quality development of vocational education.The development level of agricultural modernization and vocational education and the coordination coefficient between them are measured by CCDM.Secondly,the PVAR model is used to analyze the actual situation of the accumulation mechanism and mutual coordination mechanism.It is found that vocational education and agricultural and rural modernization have achieved their own benign accumulation mechanism from 2015 to 2021,and the coordination level between them is primary and shows a slow rising trend.There is a one-way causal relationship between vocational education and agricultural and rural modernization.The conclusion has policy implications for improving the regional adaptability of vocational education.
