摘要
美国为遏制我国发展,加紧了对我国高技术产业的制裁和管制.构建中美技术管制的博弈模型,并基于粤港澳大湾区企业特征,提出组建隐形冠军联盟链进行反制的策略,包括依托联盟链助力相关企业在非美市场扩张,借助智能合约系统激励链内人才创新,探索联盟链内部结算破解资金困境等,最终保证反制策略的顺利执行.
The United States has tightened regulations on China's high-tech industry to curb its development.This study constructs a game model for technology regulation between China and the United States.Based on the characteristics of enterprises in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao,it proposes a strategy to establish an hidden champion alliance chain for countermeasures,including relying on the alliance chain to assist related enterprises in expanding in non US markets,using smart contract systems to stimulate talent innovation within the chain,exploring internal settlement within the alliance chain to solve financial difficulties,and ultimately ensuring the smooth implementation of countermeasures.
