基于能源管理师培训打造节能产业综合"医院"的设想

运维管理阶段节能是我国节能产业薄弱环节,2010年国家发改委委托国家节能中心开展能源管理师试点工作,但收效不慎理想.本文从国家推广节能产业发展目标出发,分析能源管理师培训特点;以"医药分离"模式为手段,通过能源管理师培训打破企业"技术进门"壁垒,实现运维管理阶段节能产业全面发展.最后提出打造节能产业综合"医院"的设想,即建立以市场需求信息、技术和金融服务三平台融合为基础节能产业"医院".
