热重分析法快速测定胶粘剂中碳酸钙含量

Rapid Determination of Calcium Carbonate in Adhesives by Thermogravimetry

本文建立了一种可以快速测定胶粘剂中碳酸钙含量的热重分析方法,其测试条件为:在氮气(N_(2))氛围下,氮气的流速为60 mL/min,起始温度为25℃,以10℃/min的升温速率升温至终点温度为950℃.与传统化学滴定法进行对比,研究结果显示,热重分析法的精密度和准确度均明显高于化学滴定法,且可以准确、快速地测定胶粘剂中碳酸钙的含量,具有操作步骤简单、节省试剂、缩短试样检测周期、减少测试成本、提高工作效率等诸多优点.

In this paper,a method of thermogravimetry for rapid determination of calcium carbonate in adhesives was established.The optimal measurement conditions were as follows:under the nitrogen(N_(2))atmosphere,the flow rate of nitrogen was 60 mL/min;the initial temperature was 25℃,and the temperature was increased to 950℃at a heating rate of 10℃/min.Compared with traditional chemical titration,the results showed that the precision and accuracy of thermogravimetry were significantly higher than that of chemical titration.By thermogravimetry,the content of calcium carbonate in adhesives can be accurately and quickly determined.The method has advantages of easy operation,reagents saving,shorter test period,low eterst costs and higher work efficiency.
