柑桔溃疡病菌检测用阳性物质的制备研究

摘要 本研究通过培养阳性菌株,提取其核酸后制备了一种柑桔溃疡病菌检测用阳性物质,该阳性物质为冻干样品,具有均匀、稳定、易于保存、可常温运输的优点.对制备阳性物质进行了均匀性检测、稳定性检测以及协同实验.检测结果表明,所制备阳性物质的均匀性和稳定性良好,可用于柑桔溃疡病菌检测技术的质量控制、检测试剂的验证和评价以及实验室能力验证活动. In this study,a positive substance for the detection of citrus canker pathogen was prepared by culturing the positive strain and extracting its nucleic acid.The positive substance was a freeze-dried sample,which had the advantages of uniformity,stability,easy preservation and normal temperature transportation.The homogeneity test,stability test and collaborative experiment were carried out for the prepared positive substance.The test results showed that the homogeneity and stability of the positive substance were good,which could be used for the quality control of the detection technology of citrus canker fungus,the validation and evaluation of the detection reagents,and the laboratory capacity verification activities.
