妊娠肝内胆汁瘀积症对胎儿的影响和产科的处理措施 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨妊娠肝内胆汁瘀积症(ICP)对胎儿的影响及解决方法,以降低围产儿的发病率和死亡率.方法选取2016年4月至2018年4月我院收治的76例ICP患者为研究组,选取同期我院收治的76例正常产妇为对照组.对两组产妇妊娠结局进行对比.结果研究组的早产、宫内窘迫、羊水粪染、围产儿死亡率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论ICP可提高胎儿早产、宫内窘迫、羊水粪染、围产儿死亡率.加强对ICP孕妇的监护,同时给予有效的药物治疗,适时终止妊娠,可提高新生儿的健康率.
