经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗急性高龄心肌梗死的疗效分析被引量：1

摘要目的探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗急性高龄心肌梗死的疗效、并发症及预后.方法选取我院2017年5月至2018年6月收治的80例急性心肌梗死患者,将其以75岁为界分为高龄组和非高龄组.两组患者均进行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗,对比其临床疗效、并发症发生情况及预后.结果两组患者的治疗有效率、操作成功率、临床成功率、并发症发生率、发病至球囊扩张时间、住院时间、心血管事件发生率、病死率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论经皮冠状动脉介入治疗急性高龄心肌梗死患者的疗效显著,安全性高,可改善患者的预后.
