摘要
目的:研究足踝外科门诊实践教学对培养实习生医患沟通能力方面的作用.方法:以2018年进入滨州医学院附属医院足踝外科的24名实习生为研究对象,采用医患沟通技能评价量表,对其接受门诊实践教学前后的医患沟通能力分别进行评价.评价内容包括:准备、信息收集、信息给予、理解患者和结束问诊.采用配对设计的秩和检验比较教学门诊培训前后学员的各项医患沟通能力.结果:24名实习生的医患沟通能力总得分率较培训前提高(P<0.05),其中准备、信息给予、理解患者、问诊结束四项得分率均较培训前提高,有统计学意义(P<0.05),但信息收集前后得分率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:门诊实践教学能提高医学生的医患沟通能力.
Objective:To study the effect of practice teaching in foot and ankle surgery clinic on training interns’doctor-patient communication ability.Methods:Twenty-four interns who entered the Foot and Ankle Surgery Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College in 2018 were selected as the research objects.The Doctor-Patient Communication Skills Evaluation Scale was used to evaluate their doctor-patient communication skills before and after receiving outpatient practice teaching.The evaluation content includes 5 major aspects:preparation,information collection,information delivery,understanding of patients,and end of consultation.The rank sum test of paired design was used to compare the doctor-patient communication abilities of the trainees before and after the outpatient training.Results:The total score rate of the doctor-patient communication skills of the 24 interns was higher than that before the training(P<0.05).The scores of preparation,information delivery,understanding of the patient,and the end of the consultation were all higher than those before the training,which was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the score rate difference before and after information collection was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Practice teaching in outpatient department can improve the doctorpatient communication ability of medical students.
