摘要
目的:了解目前在校护生的同理心现状并探讨影响同理心的相关因素.方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法,广东医科大学护理学专业不同年级的500名护生作为研究对象.用于收集数据的问卷包括一般情况调查问卷、罗森伯格自尊量表、大五人格量表和杰弗逊共情量表—护生专用版.结果:共回收有效问卷476份,女性护生的同理心得分为(109.04±16.22)分,男性护生的得分为(104.29±17.97).影响护生同理心水平的相关因素有担任学生干部情况、专业满意度、从医意愿、自尊水平、宜人性和外倾性(P均<0.05).结论:参与本研究的本科护生同理心呈中等偏上水平,护生同理心水平主要受担任学生干部情况、专业满意度、从医意愿、自尊水平和主要人格特质所影响.
Objective:To investigate the current situation of empathy and explore the influencing factors of empathy among nursing students.Methods:A cluster random sampling was used to select 500 nursing students from different grades in Guangdong Medical University.The questionnaires used to collect data included the general survey questionnaire,the Rosenberg self-esteem scale,the big five personality scale and the Jefferson scale of physician empathy-nursing student version.Results:A total of 476 valid questionnaires were collected.The averages scores on empathy of female nursing students were(109.04±16.22),and those of male nursing students were(104.29±17.97).The mainly influencing factors of nursing students’empathy are whether as a student cadre,whether satisfied with this profession,whether have a medical will,self-esteem,openness and agreeableness(P<0.05).Conclusion The empathy of the nursing students in this study was at the middle-upper level.Nursing students’empathy was mainly influenced by whether as a student cadre,whether satisfied with this profession,whether have a medical will,self-esteem and main personality.
