住院医师规范化培训制度是满足健康服务需求的核心之一.本研究通过问卷调查探究外科住院医师规范化培训需求和返岗后临床胜任力不足之处.年龄、最高学历和操作机会显著影响着返岗后临床胜任力.因此,带教老师需要针对性地制定个性化的外科住院医师培训方案以满足培训需求,并提供更多的操作机会以提升其返岗后临床胜任力.

The standardized training system for residents is one of the cores to meet the needs of health services.This study investigated the requirement for standardized training of surgical residents and the insufficiency of clinical competence after returning to work through questionnaire surveys.Age,highest degree of education and operation opportunity significantly affect clinical competence after returning to work.Therefore,teachers need to develop personalized surgical residency training programs to meet the training needs and provide more operation opportunities to improve their clinical competence after returning to work.
