我国高等医学教育学制改革的四大思考

Reflection on the Educational System Reform of Higher Medical Education in China

该文根据世界高等医学教育学制改革发展趋势,结合我国高等医学教育学制现状,对我国高等医学教育学制改革进行如下四大思考:(1)将三年制、五年制、八年制三种学制并轨为五年制、八年制两种学制,减少学制层次;(2)重点发展高等医学教育八年制,最终实行统一标准的学制;(3)改革研究生医学教育学制,调整硕士生与博士生修业年限;(4)完善"5+3"医学人才培养模式,统筹协调"5+3"三种形式.

According to the reform and development trend of higher medical education system in the world and the current situation of higher medical education system in China,this paper makes the following four thoughts on the reform of higher medical education system in China:(1)combining 3,5 and 8 education systems into 5 and 8 education systems to reduce the level of education system;(2)focusing on the development of 8-year higher medical education system,and finally implementing a unified standard of schooling;(3)reforming medical education system for postgraduates and adjusting the length of study for master and doctoral students;(4)Improving the training mode of“5+3”medical talents and coordinate the three forms of“5+3”.
