摘要
2015年我国全面推行临床医学专业学位研究生教育综合改革,将临床医学硕士专业学位研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训相结合,实现了研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训的有效衔接,标志着临床医学硕士专业学位研究生走上同质化的培养道路.但随着教育改革的深入,出现了培养目标偏离、教育资源不足、培养过程不规范等制约研究生培养质量的问题,本文就临床医学硕士专业学位研究生的培养困境,从准确定位培养目标、建立联合培养基地、规范过程管理等方面提出有效的解决策略,旨在为我国临床医学硕士专业学位研究生教育的深入改革提供有效建议.
With all-round pursuance of comprehensive educational reforms in professional master degree of clinical medicine in our country from the year of 2015,postgraduates are required for standardized training of resident physicians during the whole period,which can be effectively connected to the Standardized training for resident physicians and promote educational homogenization of postgraduates for Master degree of clinical medicine during the standardized training.However,there are also some dilemmas such as deviation of training objectives,shortage of education resource and uniformed procedure of training with the continuous deepening of reform.These phenomena are severely worsening the effectiveness of reform.In the present study,we proposed some effective strategies on resolving with these dilemmas,aiming at providing some constructive suggestions on the further reforms of training postgraduates for professional master degree of clinical medicine.
