摘要
根据超声波在流体中的传播特点,对阈值比较法导致超声波传播时间测量失效的原因进行了分析.对超声波和噪声信号特征进行了研究,提出了基于零点分析的超声波传播时间测量方法.系统引入了Microblaze软核嵌入式处理器平台,实现了FPGA软硬件协调设计.应用结果表明,采用零点分析法,显著提高了系统测量精度,保证了测量系统的稳定可靠运行.
In accordance with the propagation features of ultrasonic in fluid,the reason of measurement failure for ultrasonic propagation time caused by threshold comparison method is analyzed.The characteristics of ultrasonic and noise signal are researched,and the measurement method based on zero point analysis for ultrasonic propagation time is proposed.The Microblaze soft-core embedded processor platform is introduced in this system,and the FPGA software-hardware coordinated design is implemented.The result of application indicates that by using zero point analysis method,the measurement accuracy of the system is obviously improved and ensures the system running stably and reliably.
