摘要
为提高井下闪烁体探测器测量精度,补偿闪烁体探测器在井下恶劣环境中长时间使用时所产生的疲劳效应,提出了一种井下闪烁体探测器用高分辨率数调高压电源的设计.高压电源采用反激式开关拓扑与电压阶梯倍增混合结构,利用数字指令调节高精度16位AC形成高压输出控制信号,并结合高压输出衰减回馈组成电压负反馈闭环调节网络,通过脉冲频率调制方式满足电源高效率运行.结果表明,在32V直流输入时,高压电源输出能够在+1300~+1700V连续可调,电压输出稳定性0.1%FS/7 h,电压调节分辨率6.2 mV/LSB,能可靠保障闪烁体探测器在井下恶劣环境中高性能稳定地工作.
In order to improve measurement accuracy of downhole scintillator detector,and compensate the fatigue effect of scintillator detector under downhole harsh environment,the design of high resolution digitally adjustable high voltage power supply for downhole scintillator detector is proposed.The hybrid structure of flyback switching topology and voltage multiplier ladder is adopted in this high voltage power supply,the high precision 16-bit DAC is adjusted by using digital commands to form high voltage control signal,and the voltage negative feedback closed loop regulation network is composed by combining the high voltage output attenuation feedback,the high efficiency operation of the power supply is satisfied through pulse frequency modulation.The results indicate that when 32 VDC inputs,the high voltage output can be continuously adjusted from+1300 V to+1700 V,the stability of the output is 0.1%F.S./7 hours,the resolution of voltage adjustment is 6.2 mV/LSB,thus high performance and stable operation under downhole harsh environment of the scintillator detector can be reliably guaranteed.
