摘要
安全完整性等级(SIL)在化工过程仪表控制领域用来表征安全仪表的可靠性,对于指导仪表维护、管理安全仪表系统(SIS)具有重要的指导意义.通过对某集团公司合成氨装置工艺危害分析中对SIL验证的应用,表明将危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)、保护层分析(LOPA)和SIL验证综合使用,可以深入识别可能的隐患.
The safety integrity level(SIL)is used to characterize the reliability of safety instruments in process control field of chemical industry;it possesses important guiding significance for instrument maintenance and management of safety instrumented system.Through applying SIL verification in analysis of process hazards for synthetic ammonia plant in certain group corporation,it is shown that integrated using hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP),layer of protection analysis(LOPA)and SIL verification may further recognize the potential risks.
