摘要 基于对国家电网公司关口电能计量装置管理现状的深入分析,设计研发了面向计量关口现场校验业务的智能作业管理系统.通过应用GIS和GPS等技术,实现了关口计量装置的全景展示和现场作业人员的实时监控.该系统具备了现场校验计划自动获取、现场校验任务智能调度、计量装置智能校验、校验数据实时主动上传、关口电能表误差三维分析和远程诊断等创新功能,为计量现场作业管理提供了有效技术支撑. Based on the in-depth analysis on the current management status of gateway energy metering facilities under State Grid Corporation,the intelligent operation management system orienting metering gateway field calibration business is researched and developed.Through applying technologies of GIS and GPS,the panoramic display of gateway metering devices and real time supervisory of field,operators are implemented,thus various innovative functions,e.g.,automatic acquisition of the field calibration plan,the intelligent scheduling of field calibration tasks,the intelligent check of metering devices,the real-time upload of the check data,the error three-dimensional analysis aind remote diagnosis of gateway energy meters,etc.,are offered,to provide effective technical support to the field operation management.
