摘要 随着城市高层建筑的普及,电梯与人们的生活息息相关.针对PLC可靠性高、抗干扰性强和功能完善等特点,设计了基于PLC的电梯控制系统.从电梯控制原理及需求出发,将各项控制功能分块,并梳理了各功能块之间的逻辑关系.以西门子PLC S7-200系统为基础,给出了硬件实现方法及部分程序.试验验证了PLC可简单可靠地实现电梯的控制. Along with the popularity of urban high-rise buildings,elevators become closely linked with people's daily life.In accordance with the features of PLC,including high reliability,high anti-interference capability,and is fully functional,the elevator control system based on PLC is designed.From the control principle and demands of elevators,various control functions are divided into blocks,and the logical relationship among these function blocks are sorted.Based on Siemens PLC S7-200 system,the hardware implementing method and partial programs are given.TTie tests verify that elevator control can be simply and reliably realized by using PLC.
