摘要
基于组态软件力控6.0和Matlab语言,构建了一个三水箱系统的液位监控虚拟实验平台.在这个虚拟实验平台中,利用力控6.0完成三水箱系统的液位监控虚拟实验平台的组态,利用Matlab/simulink完成三水箱系统的建模和仿真,再利用动态数据交换(DDE)技术实现力控6.0和Matlab两者之间的数据传输.最后,在这个搭建好的虚拟实验平台上对三水箱系统的控制进行仿真研究,取得了较好的效果.
The virtual experiment platform for 3-water tank level monitoring system is constructed based on ForceControl6.0 configuration software and Matlab language.In this virtual experiment platform,the configuration of the platform is accomplished by adopting ForceControl6.0,the modeling and simulation of the 3-water tank system is conducted with Matlab Simulink;and the data transmission between ForceControl6.0 and Matlab is implemented by using dynamic data exchange(DDE).TTie simulation research of the 3-water tank system control is achieved on this virtual experiment platform with better results.
