头颈部3D-CTA与DSA联合用于神经介入手术中的实践成效及优势分析

摘要 目的分析头颈部三维CT血管成像(threed imensional-computer tomography angiography,3D-CT A)联合数字减影血管造影(Digital subtraction angiography,DSA)在神经介入手术中的作用.方法纳入确诊患者,2021年7月-2023年7月就诊,依据影像学手段分组,对照组(n=32):头颈部3D-CTA,观察组(n=32)+DSA,对比图像质量、诊断指标和并发症发生率.结果观察组瘤体形态、瘤体三维关系、瘤体光滑度和血管显示级别评分更高,造影剂使用剂量更少,并发症发生率更低(P<0.05).结论头颈部3D-CTA与DSA联合应用,可提高神经介入手术图像质量,也可减少造影剂用量,防范并发症效果好,可推广. Objective To analyze the role of three-dimensional CT vascular imaging of the head and neck region(threed imensional-computer tomography angiography,3D-CTA)combined with digital subtraction angiography(Digital subtraction angiography,DSA)in neurointerventional surgery.Methods Confirmed patients were included and treated at 2021.7-2023.7,grouped according to imaging methods,control group(n=32):3D-CTA of head and neck,observation group(n=32)+DSA,comparative image quality,diagnostic index and complication rate.Results In the observation group,the scores of tumor morphology,three-dimensional relationship of tumor,tumor smoothness and vascular display grade were higher,the dose of contrast agent was lower,and the incidence of complications was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of 3D-CTA and DSA in head and neck can improve the image quality of neurointerventional surgery,but also reduce the amount of contrast agent,with a good effect on preventing complications,and can be promoted.
