康复护理在关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎术后护理中的效果

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Nursing of Knee Osteoarthritis Treated by Arthroscopy

目的康复护理在关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎术后护理中的应用效果.方法选取2020年1月-2021年12月在我院接受关节镜治疗的1800例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各组900例.对照组应用常规护理干预,实验组采用康复护理干预,观察比较两组并发症发生率、膝关节功能恢复优良率.结果实验组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,膝关节功能优良率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论康复护理在关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎术后护理中有显著的效果,可提高患者膝关节功能恢复优良率,预防并发症发生率,促进患者的康复.

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing in the postoperative care of patients with knee osteoarthritis/osteodystrophy treated by arthroscopy.Methods A total of 1800 patients with knee osteoarthritis Osteodystrophy who underwent arthroscopic 2021 from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 900 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,while those in the experimental group were given rehabilitation nursing intervention.Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the excellent and good rate of knee joint function was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing has a significant effect on the postoperative nursing of patients with knee osteoarthritis/osteodystrophy treated by arthroscopy.It can improve the excellent rate of recovery of knee joint function,prevent the occurrence of complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
