心理护理对改善卵巢囊肿手术患者负性情绪的效果

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Improving Negative Emotion of Patients with Ovarian Cyst Operation

目的讨论研究在卵巢囊肿手术患者治疗过程中运用心理护理模式的价值作用.方法选择2020年7月-2021年7月期间院内的80例卵巢囊肿手术患者,随机分配方式设置为对照组与观察组,对照组运用常规护理方式,观察组患者进行常规护理的同时,强化相关心理护理工作,观察比较两组患者护理前后抑郁评分、焦虑评分、护理工作的满意评分,、整体治疗有效性.结果治疗后,观察组整体患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组整体对护理工作满意水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组整体治疗有效性明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论在卵巢囊肿手术患者的治疗过程中,强化相关的心理护理工作,可以在很大程度上提升整体的治疗效果水平,让患者及家属都可以满意医院提供的护理服务,有效改善患者的负性情绪,让患者早日恢复健康.

Objective To discuss the value of psychological nursing model in the treatment of patients with ovarian cyst.Methods 80 patients with ovarian cyst surgery in the hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group.The routine nursing was used to carry out the nursing work of the control group.While the patients in the observation group received routine nursing,the related psychological nursing work was strengthened.The depression scores and anxiety scores of the two groups before and after nursing were compared,and the satisfaction scores of the two groups on nursing work were compared,The overall treatment effectiveness of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction level of nursing work in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The overall therapeutic effectiveness of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with ovarian cyst surgery,strengthening the relevant psychological nursing work can greatly improve the overall treatment effect level,make the patients and their families satisfied with the nursing services provided by the hospital,effectively improve the negative emotions of the patients,and make the patients recover as soon as possible.
