康复护理在腰椎骨折康复中的应用效果及对腰椎功能的影响

Application Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing in Lumbar Fracture Rehabilitation and Influence on Lumbar Function

目的探讨舒适护理在腰椎骨折护理中的应用效果.方法选取2019年3月—2021年3月我院收治的66例腰椎骨折患者作为调查对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组33例,对照组患者应用常规护理,观察组患者应用舒适护理,对比两组并发症发生率、护理满意度、焦虑(SAS)和抑郁评分(SDS).结果观察组患者压疮、便秘等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意度高于对照组总满意度(P<0.05);观察组SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论舒适护理在腰椎骨折护理中的应用效果良好,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果.

Objective To investigate the application effect of comfort care in lumbar fracture care.Methods From March 2019 to March 2021,66 patients with lumbar vertebral fractures admitted to our hospital were selected as the survey objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each group of 33 cases,the control group patients applied routine nursing,the observation group patients applied comfort nursing,compared the clinical nursing effects of the two groups and analyzed.Results The incidence of complications such as pressure ulcers and constipation in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the overall satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were better than that of the control group,and the P<0.05 was compared between the groups,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in the care of lumbar vertebral fracture is good,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the treatment effect.
