综合护理干预在小儿腹泻护理中的效果及对胃肠功能的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Nursing Care of Children with Diarrhea and its Influence on Gastrointestinal Function

目的研究分析小儿腹泻在治疗期间运用综合护理的效果.方法选取2018年12月-2019年12月期间在我院治疗的40例腹泻患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各组20例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上开展综合护理干预,观察比较两组临床指标(住院时间、止泻时间、止吐时间)、胃肠功能指标(腹胀消失时间、腹痛消失时间、肠鸣音恢复时间)、护理满意度.结果观察组住院时间、止泻时间、止吐时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹胀、腹痛、肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度90.00%高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05).结论综合护理干预在小儿腹泻护理中可实现理想的护理效果,提高护理满意度,缩短住院时间,促进胃肠功能早期恢复,值得临床加以应用.

Objective To study and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods 40 children with diarrhea from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,the clinical index(hospitalization time,diarrhea time,vomiting time),gastrointestinal function index(abdominal distension,abdominal pain,bowel sound recovery time)and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The time of hospitalization,diarrhea and emesis in the observation group was shorter than that in the Control Group(P<0.05),and the time of recovery of abdominal distension,abdominal pain and bowel sounds in the observation group was shorter than that in the Control Group(P<0.05)The satisfaction degree of the observation group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive Nursing intervention can achieve ideal nursing effect,improve nursing satisfaction,shorten hospitalization time and promote the early recovery of gastrointestinal function,which is worthy of clinical application.
